I have a 154 and a 165, i like how playful the 154 is, but i love how forgiving the 165 is. I really feel as if i can take my time to pick lines with my 165 vs my 154

I had the pleasure of riding with both Rob and Geoff a couple times on some camps back in the day and they really were some of the more memorable experiences in my entire life. I remember Geoff snapping a ski off his sled way back in Joss after hucking some huge jumps and drops with Rob. Patched it up and rode in further. Such a gnarly rider and a genuinely great person🤙

This is such a great interview. So cool to hear some of Cody's stories from way back when he was on the rockets. The 509 segment these two shot together a couple of years back in Blue River is still one of my all time favorite segments and I can clearly remember being super impressed with how well Cody could ride a sled after watching him dominate on snow bike X games courses for so long. Just a true naturally talented athlete that is lots of fun to follow.

What I don't like about the mamout Barryvox as well as ALL of the other transceiver is the LCD READ OUT.YA,it uses next to nothing energy from the batteries because of the LCD but if it gets cold then it will get sluggish and can splatter and then you have REAL PROBLEMS.I use the BCA TRACKER 4 with the LED READOUT and cold weather won't effect the readout.Even during the day when it's brite and sunny readout is a breeze.

Being a noob sledder I was able to spend five days on a 23 summit x and I agree rolling it over and stability is way better for new riders compared to the Polaris models I've ridden. Would have been nice to try out the limiter strap adjustment on the 24 but that'll be next year

For the price point of this bag it should be water proof. Its decent enough, holds what I need it to but they could have designed the material like a BCA bag as an example that everything inside the main compartment remains dry.

It's basically a pager from the '90s and early 2000s with expensive usage costs ... I would possibly buy one if I lose reception due to being out of range or during network distributions/outages but the subscription and messaging costs eliminate it. I am sure these products are invaluable tools for emergencies when you are in the middle of nowhere and need to stay connected or rescued. Hard to put a price on that. I was hoping for a Blackberry with Satellite connection and cheap data plans and maybe even voice although so many people communicate via text now instead of calling

Thanks for the clear review. I’ve got this bag. Overall I’m happy with it. Lockride system is great and I’ve also fitted it to my Cat so I can use the same bag on different sleds. The bag is insanely expensive. Insanely. Like you say the low profile is good. The top angles take a shovel well, and you don’t need to buy the shovel holder attachment if you rig some quick release bungees on the tie points. Biggest drawback is size. It holds much less than I thought it would. Very efficient and accessible if you can lay out your set piece items like a surgeon’s table, but if the scene changes and you need to carry more or different stuff then it gets really hard. It makes you think carefully about what you need versus what you can carry, so I guess that’s a plus.

Good points! We've been carrying extra stuff like down jacket in the backpack when it comes off. But also, the large storage space behind the display on the Matryx sleds fits so much stuff! Love that. Thanks for watching!

Both riders are over 6' tall and 190 lbs-ish. HOWEVER, don't mistake Summit Neo+ as a fully mountain capable option for grown man-children like us. 100% yes, Ski-Doo designed the sled as a stepping stone from a youth sled for youngsters, or as a beginner sled for new riders with mountain aspirations. Thanks for watching!

Sounds like Arctic Cat really pulled out all the stops when they redesigned this machine and put the new catalyst frame underneath it. Sounds like this is going to be a hit. Still not vibing with the front-end. It looks too upright too bulbous. But who knows, maybe I'll grow to like it.

Not sure what's involved in the swap, but the Series 9 3.25" lug track is much better at getting on top of the snow and moving forward in our experience than the older Series 7 3" lug track. If you're looking to do a big lug, deep snow track conversion, that would be our recommendation. Thanks for watching!

Nice video :) But my advice. Don't stabilize the fuel. Drain it out completely. Run it in your car, Even mixed gas wont hurt a car running it it once in awhile , But in draining your tank, The carbs will be bone dry then and stay clean. Run the snowmobile until it runs out of gas completely, Fogging it while it's still running on whats in the fuel system and carbs. Leave your cap slightly loose, The tank can then breath and no moisture will remain anywhere. Then oil your cylinders with either two stroke or fogging oil. Turn over the engine a few times by hand. , Then get both pistons both at the equal position to eachother. squirt or spray more oil or fogging oil in each cylinder, And let it all sit. ;) And you'll be trouble free next fall ;) Cheers :) Very good video :)

Textile to textile without a shackle or other hardware causes excessive friction which will damage and possibly melt the slings. The way he's got the first sling looped through the eye of the second sling will cause the sling from the sled to slide back and forth through the eye of the sling from the two sled. Even though it's not much weight, the friction will cause damage and if it's a long tow out might even melt through one of them. A piece of hardware like a shackle or caribeaner at the connection will solve that.
